‘Daredevil: Born Again’: Arty Froushan has joined the Disney+ series

EXCLUSIVE: Arty Froushan (carnival series) will appear in Marvel’s upcoming revival series on Disney+, Daredevil: Reborn, Deadline learned. News of Froushan’s casting comes after a photo of Vince D’Onofrio on set, including a glimpse of Froushan, was leaked online.

Details about the character are being kept under wraps, but Froushan is believed to be playing Harry, one of the main characters alongside Charlie Cox and D’Onofrio. In the photo, he appears to be an associate of D’Onofrios Wilson Fisk, which also supports the popular theory that the show will follow Mayor Fisk’s Marvel Comics arc. Marvel declined to comment.

Written and executive produced by Matt Corman and Chris Ord, the new installment revolves around Cox’s title character, Daredevil, aka Matt Murdock, a lawyer by day and crime fighter by night. D’Onofrio reprises his role as crime boss Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin.

Other previously announced leads include Margarita Levieva, Sandrine Holt, Michael Gandolfini and Nikki M. James. Jon Bernthal’s Punisher also returns in his role.

Filming for the new season began a few weeks ago in and around New York.

Froushan just finished a Broadway appearance on Tom Stoppard Leopoldville. He also acted in fantasy series with Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne carnival series, which just finished its two seasons on Prime Video. his latest movie The Persian version, premiering at Sundance. Froushan, who also starred in House of the Dragon, is repped in the UK by Markham, Froggatt and Irwin and Anonymous Content.
