Turkey trip named most expensive summer tour from Russia

A seven-day family holiday to the Turkish resort of Bodrum was the most expensive overseas trip sold by Russian tour operator Let's Fly this summer, costing 4.7 million rubles.

Company representatives told Russian news agency RIA Novosti that the trip took place in late July. The booking covered three adults and two children, who stayed at a five-star hotel operating under an all-inclusive system in the Aegean coastal city.

The second most expensive getaway booked through the operator was a 15-day trip to Antalya in June. That package accommodated four adults and one child, with a total cost of 3.6 million rubles.

Rounding out the top three rankings for summer 2026 was a two-week holiday in the Maldives. A group of four travelers paid 3.1 million rubles for the island resort vacation.

Both Bodrum and Antalya are primary hubs for international tourism in Turkey. Bodrum is situated on a peninsula along Turkey's southwestern Aegean coast, known for boutique resorts and luxury accommodation. Antalya, located on the southern Mediterranean coast, serves as Turkey's largest coastal resort center, attracting millions of foreign visitors annually.

Premium Resort Pricing

The latest figures follow earlier reports of substantial spending by Russian travelers on premium Turkish hotel stays. A week-long holiday at a luxury five-star hotel in Bodrum previously cost a Russian family nearly three million rubles, a price that included five-star lodging and full all-inclusive dining options.

The Maldives, an archipelagic nation located in the Indian Ocean southwest of India, consists of 26 natural atolls containing over 1,000 coral islands. The country is globally recognized for private island resorts and high-end luxury tourism.
