People around the world have hilariously shared the worst design mistakes they’ve ever seen Reddit Wire.
This includes a poster in the US that tried to discourage drivers from driving under the influence of alcohol.

Another confusing message outside a business in Warwickshire claimed it was a “drug case from work”, which is probably not the message they wanted to send.

Elsewhere, buttons in a lift were mislabelled, meaning people had to decide which button to press to pick up the phone or sound an alarm in an emergency.
Another mistake was the access to a building blocked by bollards and therefore unusable for wheelchair users.
