Some people like to go on Halloween and cover their houses in fake blood and no trespassing signs.
However, can you take the spooky decorations too far?
A German man’s “realistic” Halloween decorations have sparked backlash on social media. Users said they would “call 911 if they dropped by.”
The video by @mvxngg is captioned: “Halloween decorations! I made these windows with a sheet, two lamps and a fan.
It zooms in on his house, which he made a little too good, like it was on fire, before revealing what the inside actually looked like.

The lifelike orange glow sparked outraged comments and backlash when the video was shared by several different accounts.
With a repost, the video has been viewed by up to 28.9 million people, while the original video has now been viewed 21,400 times.
Some people loved it and wrote, “Best Halloween decorations I’ve ever seen!” and “It’s actually pretty cool.”
However, most users were quick to react to the decision, with one viewer saying it had “nothing to do with Halloween.” and how many calls to emergency services waste their time.”
Others added: “It looks too realistic” and “I’m sorry but there’s just no *HALLOWEEN* in it.”
Someone else wondered: ‘Should you notify the fire station in advance to avoid calls?’ So real’.
Some thought it would be dangerous for the interior designer himself if his house actually caught fire.
One user said: “If the house is really on fire, the 911 caller will be told it’s just Halloween decorations,” and another added: “Boy who cried wolf.”

Someone else suggested that decorations might be getting too realistic, writing: “You know what’s really funny: When someone sees a dead body or a burning house on Halloween, they just think it’s a decoration.”
Other concerned users said: “I love Halloween decorations etc but I don’t like this, it’s awful” and “I would have called 999 if I was walking past!!”
It comes shortly after a South Carolina mother “obsessed” with Halloween decided to take down her “morbid” decorations after her neighbor’s father was diagnosed with lung cancer.
The video has been viewed more than 1.2 million times and the TikToker was praised for her kindness after deleting her cemetery scene, which featured skeletons with a coffin and cardboard tombstones.
Earlier this month, a lawnmower cut around a real corpse thinking it was a spooky Halloween decoration, relatives of the deceased confirmed.
The half-naked body of 34-year-old Robert Paul Owens was found face down outside an abandoned house in China Grove, North Carolina.
A lawn care worker discovered the body but didn’t report the find because he thought it was a spooky Halloween prop.
