News outlets across the nation have dubbed the massive heist the largest beer theft in American history.

Representatives for Pabst Blue Ribbon publicly detailed the missing shipment in a post on the social media platform Instagram, which is owned by parent company Meta. In the online post, the brand addressed the perpetrators with an ironic appeal, offering to take back the stolen stock without pressing any counterclaims or bringing legal action against them.

To structure the unusual offer, the company set a strict deadline of 18 days and 44 minutes for the beer to be returned safely. Executives explained that the specific countdown was chosen because the company traces its corporate history back to its founding in 1844.

Search Underway for Missing Freight Truck

Pabst Blue Ribbon has pledged to pay a financial reward to members of the public who provide verified and accurate information that assists in finding the missing truck. Law enforcement and company officials noted that active searches for the semi-truck remain underway.

Brewery officials stressed that recovering the shipment quickly is essential. The company pointed out that the canned beverage inside the vehicle has already begun losing its product quality as the days pass.

Pabst Blue Ribbon was established in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and stands as one of the oldest operational brewing companies in North America. The brand is widely known for its classic American lager, distinct blue ribbon branding, and long history of commercial beverage distribution.

The heist follows previous public discussions regarding the health impacts of various alcoholic drinks. Dietitian Andrea Urizar previously labeled beer as the most toxic alcoholic beverage, explaining that regular drinkers consistently show specific altered markers in their medical test results.
