English rock band Oasis has released the official trailer for their upcoming Disney documentary film, Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger, ahead of its global cinema release on September 11.

The film, created by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, charts brothers Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher on their triumphant reunion tour, Oasis Live '25, capturing one of the most anticipated rock comebacks in modern music history. Advance tickets for the theatrical release are now available to buy on ticketing site Fandango.

Oasis have released an emotion trailer for their hotly-anticipated Disney documentary as Noel Gallagher asks 'will it fall apart again?' in the brothers' first joint interview in over 20 years

Following its theatrical run, the documentary is scheduled for release on streaming services Hulu and Disney+ in the United States later this year. The project features the first joint interview with Noel and Liam Gallagher in over 20 years, offering fans a unique perspective on their long-awaited reconciliation.

The trailer traces the build-up from the initial decision to reunite to the moment the band stepped onto the stage together. In the footage, Noel Gallagher candidly reflects on his initial hesitation about standing alongside his younger brother once again.

"I just don't see myself on stage with Liam," Noel says in the trailer. "I don't really want to go back with the tension, will it fall apart again?"

As historic moments from the tour play out on screen, Noel addresses the powerful reaction from concertgoers around the globe.

"The songs are one thing, but I’d forgotten what he [Liam] means to people," Noel says. "I certainly wasn’t prepared for the intense outpouring… a sense of what it meant to people."

Later in the preview, as the brothers walk out onto the stage hand in hand, vocalist Liam Gallagher shares his outlook on their second act.

"We have got a chance to change the narrative of the band," Liam says.

Inside the concert documentary

Producers describe the film as an unapologetically uplifting account of the biggest musical event of 2025. It captures the shared experiences and raw emotions of both the band members and their fans across the world.

The production gained unique rehearsal, backstage, and onstage access throughout the sold-out world tour. Alongside the performance footage, the documentary explores the profound emotional impact of the global cultural moment and examines what the group's music means to audiences and generations worldwide.

The feud and the 2025 reunion tour

Formed in Manchester, England, in 1991, Oasis became one of the most successful Britpop bands of all time. However, the famously turbulent relationship between the Gallagher brothers led to the group splitting 17 years ago in 2009, following a series of backstage bust-ups, walkouts, and booze-fuelled arguments.

After years of public estrangement, the brothers reunited last year for an epic 41-date world tour. The tour launched with a massive show at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, where the group performed in front of more than 70,000 fans.

Rumored Manchester residency and Knebworth shows

Meanwhile, reports surfaced back in July indicating that Oasis are set to return to their home city of Manchester for a 12-night residency at the Etihad Stadium, alongside a record-breaking six nights at Knebworth Park in Hertfordshire.

The Gallagher brothers famously performed at the Grade II listed country house in Hertfordshire in August 1996, delivering two landmark outdoor concerts to a total of 250,000 people at the height of their initial success.

Noel admits: 'I just don't see myself on stage with Liam. 'I don't really want to go back with the tension, will it fall apart again?'

An insider outlined the band's prospective schedule, claiming that the concert dates are already locked in place.

"Oasis' schedule is booked. It's 12 nights at the Etihad over six weeks starting in June," the source said. "They will then play Knebworth six times over a three-week period in September. Dates could be added but for now that's the master plan."

Sources told The Sun that the Britpop duo always planned for the reunion tour to feature a second run of performances.

"There were discussions about announcing [it] during the World Cup because of the connection between Wonderwall and the Three Lions in this tournament. But they've settled on August," the insider added.

Signs pointing toward a return to Knebworth emerged earlier in April when ticket website Premier Events listed Oasis shows at Knebworth Park for summer 2027. The post promised performances kicking off on Friday, June 4, and ending on Sunday, August 29, under the banner: "Oasis Live '27. Coming soon..."

The Daily Mail contacted representatives for Oasis for comment regarding the potential concert dates.
