Chloe Madeley said she gave Tindall advice on “bottle and breastfeeding” after her boyfriend Zara announced she was pregnant last month.
The 34-year-old fitness phenom is expecting her first child with her husband, James Haskell, and the “amazing” mother of three, 40, Zara, said she passed on “really good” parenting advice.
Zara, the Queen’s granddaughter, who has children eight-year-old Mia, three-year-old Lena, and Lucas, one with her husband Mike Tindall, shared her advice with her pregnant boyfriend.

“I asked Zara and many others about bottle feeding and breastfeeding and they all said, ‘You won’t know until you try’.”
James, 36, co-host of The Good podcast, The Bad The Rugby, along with former rugby player Mike, 43, praised the couple’s “perfect” upbringing and said he wanted their baby. Grow up like “cheeky tomboy” Mia.
“I get on very well with Mia,” he said. “I really want our daughter to be like her. Cheeky, a little tomboyish, and feminine if you really have to. I accept any advice from them.
Former rugby player Mike has previously revealed on his podcasts that his eldest daughter Mia is following in his footsteps by playing rugby for their local teams.

Pregnant Chloe announced she’s expecting her first child in February, and announced on Instagram last week that she’s in the middle of her pregnancy.
He has often stressed that his daughter, who is 22nd in line to the throne, is part of a team, but “didn’t like sports” before playing.
“It’s always hard to send Mia out, she says, ‘I don’t like it,’ and then you go there and she’s gone,” he said.
“Mia scored a few goals… eight thrillers in the first game, nine thrillers in the second.”
Talking about his daughter’s involvement in tag rugby, Mike added: “It’s funny how her daughter has changed so much in the year or so since their return.”

Mike Tindall, 43, explained in the latest episode of the podcast how his eldest daughter, Mia, of eight, plays rugby for the local team.
“Now they take more, that they come across, but then everybody takes a step back and people fall.”
Earlier this year, Mia joined the public for a rare appearance when she saw Mike captain a football team in Gloucester.
In January, Mike retired from Rugby For Heroes against the Gloucester City Legends team, which raises money to support military veterans.
