A health coach has unveiled her favorite in-store “meal trick” that shaves more than 200 calories from a Guzman Y Gomez chicken burrito.
Brisbane’s Bec Hardgrave replaced white rice with lettuce in her order of grilled chicken pie and quickly found a healthier alternative.
The ingredient key subtracted 260 calories from the burrito.

The original order of burrito is over 700 calories, but with Bec’s order hack, the meal is packed with just 517 calories and 42 grams of protein.
“Order the grilled chicken pie but replace the rice with lettuce. It costs 260 calories, it’s still just as tasty and it’s high in protein,” she said.
The health trainer was “too full” after eating the burrito, encouraging her big followers to try the order trick.
Bec also told her followers that Guzman Y Gomez is her all-time favorite takeaway, and this order is her favorite.
She posted her calorie trick on TikTok and Instagram, where many people left comments thanking her for the healthy inspiration she gave when ordering.
