Fortune telling on tarot cards is perhaps the main magical trend of recent years. Arrangements are made on TikTok, over a cup of coffee in a cafe, at corporate parties, birthdays and friendly get-togethers. Even a beginner can master the basic layouts and we will talk about decks that will please the eye and become not only a magical attribute, but also an object of art.
Rider-Waite Tarot

One of the most popular (if not the most) tarot decks in the world. It was developed by the English mystic, occultist and Mason Arthur Edward Waite. He also wrote the book “The Tarot Key”, which explains how to work with the deck. Pamela Colman Smith, a member of the magical order of the Golden Dawn, illustrated Arthur’s cards, and William Ryder published them – hence the double name of the deck. The deck owes its popularity to not only the major arcana, but also the 78 cards. Ideal for beginners.
Tarot Thoth by Aleister Crowley
Famous occultist and mystic Aleister Crowley and British artist Lady Frieda Harris visually redesigned the Tarot deck in the early twentieth century (it took five years). And in 1944, Crowley, under the pseudonym “Master Therion”, published the “Book of Thoth”, in which illustrations of the Tarot cards of Thoth were placed for the first time and their symbolism and interpretation were described. The deck is close in meaning to the classic Rider-Waite.
Tarot of the Angels

The deck was created by Radley Valentine, a tarot reader and esotericist, and Doreen Virtue, a psychologist and seer. They added light to the classic Tarot in the form of images of angels, archangels, unicorns, fairies and mermaids. It is traditionally used to divine life through white magic.
Taro Kotikov

What could be better than a Tarot deck drawn with cats? And if you remember that cats have long been considered mystical animals, then this is exactly the deck you can rely on. Or tell your furry neighbor fortune! Artist Megan Lynn Kott has created a comic art magical object.
Marseille tarot

As they say, this is basic. It is believed that the Marseille tarot was created on the basis of the oldest Visconti Tarot deck – Sforza from Milan. From there, the Italo-Spanish symbols (swords, sticks, cups and coins) and hierarchy of figures (pages, knights, queens and kings) are taken. For old school lovers.
Twin Peaks Tarot
And why not take a deck of cards and draw them based on one of the most mysterious series of the twentieth century? So artist Benjamin McKay decided and created a deck where the magic of David Lynch intersects with real magic.
Celtic Tarot
This deck combines Celtic mythology and Tarot magic. Suitable for those who truly love their Celtic beliefs or just love history. There are many rendering options, but each one has mystical forests, elves and crows.
