Mountain scenery, a magnificent sunset and a show of clothes of young Russian designers in the rays of the setting sun – this evening in Tavrida will definitely be among the best and will be remembered by the participants until next season.
Today, at the festival, where the most creative and talented people gathered, a presentation of the University of Creative Industries was held, and in addition to a fashion show, there was also a speech by the head of the Tavrida art cluster, Sergey Pershin. and Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education, who shared plans to establish a new university in Crimea that would combine theatre, music, design and fashion. And who knows, but in a few years it’s likely that world-famous models will be soiling the clothes of today’s students at Fashion Weeks, and I’ve managed to see their first work here on the beach in Sudak.
It seems that the place was chosen only to fill it with creative inspiration. Vast mountain views on the one hand, active construction projects on the other – absolutely aesthetic and colourful.
And models in the clothes of designers (Anastasia Chernyshova, Daria Khomutova, Yanina Markovskaya and others – a total of 22 residents of Tavrida), then marched majestically, pleasing the audience with unusual solutions to give way to presentations of residents’ collaborations. famous brands (romantic grunge and 404 Not Found by Alena Oswald and an upcycle by Polina Ushakova and Urbantiger) changed their sunset colors from yellow-brown to purple.
The minimalism in the design of the show space and the location with an endless sky did their job – the show was a success. And at the same time, he finally convinced me and other viewers that a completely new and even more successful future awaits Russian fashion – our designers feel what the fashion consumer is looking for and are ready to respond to these demands.
Therefore, the visuals for every day were noticeable even among avant-garde solutions, and the oversized finally turned out to be very stylish.
