Health Coach Explains How to Make a Low-calorie “Zinger Burger” at Home –

A famous health coach shared how to make a classic KFC Zinger burger at home using low-calorie ingredients.

Bec Hardgrave of Brisbane asked for the recipe on her assimilation meal plan app to get Coles’ macro-friendly ingredients.

To recreate the popular menu item, Bec first cut a cored hamburger bun in half and fried it, then spread half of it with 99% fat-free mayonnaise.

Then she placed a handful of shredded lettuce on top of the mayonnaise and garnished with two sweet pepper chicken breasts.

To finish, Bec dripped sweet chili sauce over the chicken breasts and closed the lid for bon appetit.

“So simple, delicious, and easy to make, it was exactly what I needed to curb my cravings for KFC when I was on a calorie deficit,” Bec said in the recipe video.

Bec, cut the pie crust and hamburger bun in half and fry them, then spread half with the fat-free mayonnaise.

Then lettuce put two chicken breasts on top and some sweet chili sauce to taste.

Bec first, cut and fry, half a bun topped with 99% fat-free mayonnaise, top with two chicken fillets with iced lettuce and sweet pepper sauce and enjoy.

Materials:

Brioche burger buns

Chicken fillet with sweet pepper

lettuce

sweet chili sauce

99% fat free mayonnaise.

Method:

  1. Cut a burger bun in half with a seedless bun and fry until golden brown.
  2. Spread 99% fat-free mayonnaise on half of the hamburger buns.
  3. Place a handful of shredded lettuce on top of the mayonnaise layer.
  4. Place two pepperoni chicken breasts on the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken with sweet chili sauce and top the sandwich to enjoy.

Bec put Coles’ frozen fries in the air fryer and cooked them according to the instructions on the bag.
