Gastro tour: Yakitoriya offers an updated Travel Menu and a summer special offer

Yakitoriya knows how to make this summer hotter. Brand chef Stanislav Bakharovsky has introduced an updated Travel Menu and a new summer special offer – a total of 30 exotic dishes available to order at all Yakitoria restaurants and with delivery starting June 21.

The new menu is still conceptually divided into countries, and this time guests are invited on a gastro tour in Asia and Latin America: the updated version of Box-roll, which has already won multiple hearts, is served in solid form. Smoked eel tartar and Chinese noodles are cooked according to the traditional recipe for glass noodles with chicken and vegetables. Next stops on the “Route” were Indonesia and Chile: the program includes exotic Santiago rolls with salmon and strawberry tartare and Sumatran tuna and salmon served with thin potato tsuma (Asian crispy potatoes). The menu has been renewed with a long-awaited innovation for connoisseurs of Latin American cuisine – now you can order ceviche with salmon and tuna fillet, Mexican Tacos flavored with vegetables and spicy sauce.

“Summer is a time of vivid impressions and unusual combinations of tastes. We launched two special offers at once – the updated Travel Menu, which has managed to fall in love with Yakitoria’s guests in the last three months, and a completely new summer menu. Every discerning gourmet will now be able to find a dish to their taste, because when developing the menu we were inspired by the gastronomic culture of different countries – combining familiar dishes with non-standard ingredients, we achieved a bright seasonal mix ”says Yakitoria’s brand chef Stanislav Bakharovsky.

Enjoy Summer is 13 fresh dishes, each of which will not leave you indifferent. Fresh sashimi maki dishes include a unique roll with salmon, mango, and avocado without rice, Poseidon salad, and Kata Mama with shrimp, calamari, and mussels.

And in a special part of the menu, three summer soups are offered at once: seasonal sorrel soup, the famous vegetable Gazpacho and Finnish soup with salmon.
