Sangre Fresco

Address: Ermolaevsky lane., 10/7

As much as you want to spend the summer away from Patricks, the most important discoveries still happen there. The main news of June is the legendary St. Petersburg El Copitas (eighth in the World’s 50 Best Bars rankings) has finally arrived in Moscow, not on tour, but forever. To reserve a table on Friday evenings and weekends, Sapsan can forget the tickets and find out the phone number of the new restaurant Glen Ballis, Yan Cherepanov and Alexander Sysoev Sangre Fresca.

The cuisine here is with a Mexican accent, with ingredients in the form of tacos, burritos and tostados, it’s impossible to imagine the menu of the restaurant at Patriks: truffles, crab and octopus. Cuisine-worthy cocktails – from the already cult Elkopitas Verde Gimlet to the unexpected Margarita Maid at the crossroads of jalapeno liqueur and coriander gin-based Margaritas and Mojitos.

“Fahrenheit” + “House of Culture”

Address: Tverskoy Boulevard, 26

In the shadow of Tverskoy Boulevard, a common veranda of Fahrenheit and the House of Culture was opened – the best of the two projects were combined into one site. This place has previously hosted pop-up collaborations with Deep Fried Friends, Ping Pong Club, and Eggsellent. Themed picnics are planned here every weekend – the first with paella, and then there are plans for a gazpacho picnic, barbecue weekends, and author’s ice cream.

The cocktail menu of the veranda includes hits of both institutions, but it is much more interesting to try the fantasies of the chief bartenders of both projects – Sergey Petrov (Fahrenheit) and Vladimir Arinushkin (House of Culture) on the Ararat cognac theme (not the most obvious and popular basis for cocktails). For example, Pulp Fiction on Abkhaz lemon apricot cognac, orange mousse, prosecco and apricot.

No me

Address: st. Bolshaya Dmitrovka, 23, p. a

Gleb Marach and Oksana Malashkina’s new restaurant offers a fresh take on Italian cuisine (visible in some places through the prism of Panasia), an extensive wine list and signature cocktails based on Italian ingredients, and head bartender Yegor’s sense of humor. stepanov

The funniest are the Pizza Sour cocktail (the pineapple pizza that pisses Italians off the most) on gin, pineapple puree, vanilla syrup, and sesame oil, and Spaghetti Western on a fun serving with a mini bandana over tequila, kiwi puree. , apple syrup and green tabasco.

FLOWER

Address: Chistoprudny Boulevard, 23, p. 2

The FLØR restaurant approached the development of its first author’s cocktails with full responsibility. The bar menu is based on the concept of wine, there are only five drinks on the menu, but each has its own relationship – from flirty to elegant modesty.

One of the five-star cocktails is a special development in conjunction with the Molecule perfumery and cosmetics project. Pulp (pseudo-drink) – created on the basis of Byredo’s eponymous perfume water. To match the niche taste, the cocktail turned out to be polysyllabic with flavors of peach, bergamot, apple and fig, as well as cedar praline. By the way, if you order Pulp, you will receive a sample of eau de parfum and a 20% discount card at Molecule.

“People”

Address: Staraya Basmannaya, 18, p. four

The updated cocktail list of the Public Cafe in Staraya Basmannaya smells of flowers and citrus. The new menu’s hits inspired an online contemporary art gallery for a pop-up exhibit depicting irises, hydrangeas, roses and other flowers, and guests—definitely crazier acts. But what happens in “Public” stays in “Public”, so you have to go there and check it yourself to find out.

We bet it’ll be a refreshing sweet and sour Lily Oolong based on tequila and green tea, sweet Concombre Anchan on liqueur and vermouth, and creamy Fleurs de mangue with coconut milk, yogurt vodka, and mango. Which will you try first?

mode

Address: 1. Truzhnikov per., 6

The veranda of Modus Restaurant, full of flowers, does not leave a chance to forget the summer even on the rainiest day. Old Moscow view, nice people, nice music – so you didn’t catch a cold and wait for the nice weather?

A new cocktail card with seven sections of cocktails divided by main ingredient – choose what you like more (and it’s better to follow one section and not mix vodka with whiskey, you will thank later for this advice). The taste of summer is fully embodied in “Pear Ale”, where the fine notes of pear vodka are intertwined with the bright taste of vanilla and bitter cardamom activates the whole bouquet.

brodo

Address: st. Petrovka, 28/1

The city’s most romantic cocktail menu awaits you at Brodo. The name of the bar is the great artistic director – Alexei Brodovich, the creator of the prototype of the first glossy magazine.

And every cocktail on the menu is a small (or big) love story. For example, the Nina cocktail is named after the love of his life, Nina, whom he met in Kislovodsk. It consists of a mixture of pomegranate wine, rose kava, apple and strawberry flowers. Let the first toast tonight be for love.

megobari

Address: st. Maroseykafifteen

Since the start of summer, Megabari has introduced several interesting summer innovations based on Georgian traditions that concern both the cuisine and the bar. Megobari bar manager Nikolos Mirtskhulava unleashed his fantasy with the chacha theme and added it to new cocktails – for example, the Georgian tiki drink “Zombie Pirosmani” came out in platinum chacha and premium chacha with almond liqueur and fresh passion fruit. Tropical fruits add tartness, while amaretto softens the chacha and makes the cocktail deceptively light. The creation of the Nikolos cocktail was inspired by Niko Pirosmani’s painting “Prince with the Horn of Wine”. After the fourth episode of “Zombie Pirosmani”, you can really see more than just a painting in this masterpiece – it’s worth a try!

Along with the new cocktails, you can order NePkhali, a traditional Georgian appetizer with the unusual flavors of basil, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant and olives.

nest

Address: Sretensky Boulevard, 1

Cozy and hidden from passersby, The Nest bar’s cocktail menu consists of stories about the travels of the team and their friends. It includes sensations from new countries and cities and dreams of long journeys. From Sretensky Avenue you can teleport directly to our Trinidad and Tobago, Bolivia, Australia and even Altai.

The Rio cocktail takes those who were and aren’t there straight to Brazil. This is a cocktail from the category Spritz, which from the first sip responds with notes of a noisy carnival. Shine, riot of colors and laughter are reflected in the mix of raspberry, pepper and vanilla.

COLD

Address: emb. Academician Tupolev, 15, room 26

Having produced the most beautiful and delicious cakes, more than 25 types of pasta (and constantly inventing new ones), roasting beans and preparing delicious coffee drinks in the last 10 years, Kalabasa now surprises with cocktails.

For example, the fun combination of French cider in the sleeves of smooth apricot puree turned into the Fun Apricot cocktail. A lemon leaf sits shyly on the rim of the glass, here to highlight a subtle citrus tone in the flavor.

piri piri

Address: Petrovka, 23/10, p. 5

The new Piri Piri wine bar in Petrovka is a completely logical continuation of the secular and provocative concept of Noor and 32/05. From their melodramatic Broadway production, the crew of Noor Amazing Family have uncovered a veritable bar suite – a large living room for 40 people, a large mirror, a secret door to the wine cabinet, a yellow sofa and a silver fridge in the kitchen (which you can do). crawl into yourself!)

Although Piri-Piri is a wine bar, cocktails are expertly prepared here (what kind of “family” is this, of course). The menu features absolute classics like Bloody Mary, Whiskey Sour, Gin Tonic, but there’s also a handwritten note – “but overall, we’ll cook whatever you want.” It’s easy to believe in such a cozy interior!

maroon

Address: Kutuzovsky prospekt, 2/1, p. 6

In the East, they know how to value time and not rush anywhere. Looks like this is something you need to learn too. The flower-filled patio of the Maroon restaurant seems to have been created to teach you how to savor every minute of life with a cocktail in hand.

In one, ginger-spicy “Marrakech” on white whiskey with the addition of apricot jam, ginger syrup, lemon juice and passionfruit puree, and in the second – sour-sour “Tabriz” on gin, a spicy liqueur with hints of blackcurrant juice, grapefruit juice and lemon and sage tincture.

“mentality”

Address: Bolshaya Sukharevskaya Square., 14/7

I recently looked at vacation ticket prices, but decided to stay in town for the weekend and go to my mother’s cottage? We understand you and we know where to get new impressions. At Mentality, the cocktail list is designed in such a way that you can taste the whole world without leaving the bar.

Mango Lassi will instantly transport you to India (visualize the sunrise, yoga mat, and white sand beach), made with vodka mixed with mango, cocoa, vanilla, and coconut milk. Don’t like long flights? Then with Sherry gimlet you will find yourself in the Mediterranean (small streets of the old center, coffee at dawn and again the sea), in which you will feel the heat of sherry, gin and grapefruit.

Branch

Address: Myasnitskaya, 22, p. a

Twig lives in native mode. There are parties Thursday through Saturday (if not now, then another time) all summer. In addition to rethinking the days of the week, the bar team redesigned classic cocktails and revamped the cocktail menu with original touches.

For example, in a glass of Reborn cocktail, Kir Royale and Manhattan unexpectedly combine to reveal a velvety sweet taste with a glossy black currant flavor.

Lilu Kitchen

Address: Mytishchi, Saint. Christmaseleven

If you’ve moved to a healthy lifestyle but haven’t lost your taste for life, you should be looking for a delicious soft drink that will symbolize your summer (especially Coke as it may end soon) . To do this is not as difficult as it seems, but you will have to make a short trip to Mytishchi – Lilu Kitchen.

There you will find an author’s non-alcoholic cocktail that is not devoid of sparkling balloons (non-alcoholic of course). The combination of sweet and sour passion fruit and delicate ginger will invigorate and surprise you.
