She was once an active member of The Firm, but Sarah Ferguson revealed earlier this month that she witnessed the platinum anniversary celebrations from home.
Sarah, 62, reflected on the festive weekend commemorating the Queen’s 70th year on the throne, praising her daughters Princess Beatrice, 33, and Princess Eugenia, 32.
Speaking on Graham Norton’s radio show with the Waitrose podcast, the author and grandmother of two revealed that he was “yelling at the TV” and cheering for his daughters as they went to St Paul’s Cathedral for the service. June 3
“They all looked a little… very serious, laughing and really thanking their grandmother for these 70 years,” she added.

Pictured on the red carpet filmed in Italy 2022 on June 12 and commonly known as Fergie, Sarah said their daughter was “outstanding”.
Prince Andrew’s ex-wife, commonly known as Fergie, said she still couldn’t forget how “beautiful” the two princesses worked.
“I was watching TV and I said, ‘Well done girls, you’re smiling,'” she said.
‘I can’t forget how beautiful my girls are. It just wasn’t cool when they went to the anniversary service,” she said.
‘I couldn’t help it. There was Beatrice in blue and Eugenie in orange and they were smiling, right. I am very grateful,” he added.

The Duchess of York, who attended the ceremony from home, said other members of the royal family looked “very serious” while serving at St Paul’s.
“I screamed on TV,” the mother of two admitted.
Continuing to praise her daughters’ virtues, she added: “I find the way and behavior of Beatrice and Eugenie simply extraordinary.”
The Duchess of York made a comparison between how her upbringing affected her adult life and how she raised her family.
“I raised them to understand how they felt,” she said. “I told them very, very early on, ‘Explain, express your feelings. Because if you do, you tend not to fall into the big traps I fell into.
“I think it’s a 12-year-old boy who was abandoned by his mother, don’t worry, I’m not looking for excuses, it’s a huge sense of self-sabotage on your part,” he told Graham.
“Because you must be worthy of your mother leaving you. I guess I don’t know how long I played.’
The author talked a little more about her daughters’ upbringing and the different parenting styles of her and Prince Andrew.
“As a parent, Andrew is very, very strict about Navy programs and has real discipline and always has been,” she said.
“And here comes the river, that’s my name – to give it that sense of humor and that sense of joy and a little more freedom, and that’s what I’ve always been with girls, so they have the best of both, she admitted.
Having openly expressed her support for Prince Andrew last week, Fergie has also been outspoken with her grandchildren.
She occasionally babysits Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s 17-month-old son, August, and Princess Beatrice and Edo Mapelli Mozzi’s eight-month-old daughter, Sienna.
She said being a grandma was “great” and added August: “She thinks I’m really cool, this is the first time I know she thought it was really funny.
“And Sienna is great, she’s only nine months old, but she often grabs my chubby cheeks and says, ‘I want granny cheeks,’ I’m so lucky,” Fergie said to Graham.
Speaking of her book, A Heart For Compass, which was published in paperback last month, Fergie admitted that she and her heroine, Lady Margaret, share many similar points.

Sarah Ferguson (centre), 62, talked about what it was like to spend time with her two grandchildren. Daughter Princess Eugenia (left) gave birth to daughter Sienna in February of August, and Princess Beatrice (right) in September 2021.
Graham pointed out that one common point is that Lady Margaret “throws the rulebook in the trash”.
“You said I broke the rules, but I still believe every day, ‘but who wrote the rules?’ He was kidding Fergie.
“It’s just your integrity of kindness and kindness and the way you always turn your cheek,” she said.
“If someone hurts you, hurts you, or something has been written about you, go ahead,” he said.
Last week, Fergie told British entrepreneur Matt Haycox on her podcast, The Matt Haycox Show, that she is a “very good mother” and inspired by her daughters, Princess Beatrice, 33, and Eugenie, 32.
Sarah gave Eugenie aand Beatrice are “the best ambassadors of good motherhood”.
Reflecting on her own childhood, the mother of two living at the Royal Lodge in Windsor said that as a child she was told it was selfish to think for herself, which led her to make bad decisions.
