And a few hours after giving birth, she shared the exciting news on Instagram, where she has over 15.1 million followers.
Her social media caption read: “Absolutely hardest but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.
“A drug-free VBA2C. Without words. Birth story to come. For now, I’m just relaxing in my love bubble with my perfect girlfriend.

28-year-old boyfriend Ryan also shared the news on his Instagram page, writing: “Our little girl, perfect in every way.
“Mom was great and very strong.
“It was 24 hours on a roller coaster, but welcoming them into the world made everything better.”
Speaking of his daughter’s rare mutation called polydactyly, Ryan added, “She’s beautiful, she has 12 fingers and all.”

Mama Tammy was also born with 12 fingers and two were removed shortly after birth.

She paired the look with a pair of pink heels adorned with an adorable butterfly motif.
Although she often shared bright shots during her pregnancy, Tammy had struggled with her health.
In March, she talked about how she constantly feels lethargic because she is completely anemic.
