A woman revealed that she is thinking about leaving her boyfriend because he keeps playing the same joke.

The woman admitted that she was fed up with her partner having been abusing a joke over and over for five years.

While posting on Reddit, she asked the internet for advice, as she can’t determine if she was wrong to be mad at him.

He wrote on the forum Am I The A ** hole: “Background: my boyfriend and I went on holiday in Tenerife a few months ago.

“We were in an all inclusive resort and we were in one of the shops in the lobby where you can buy extra snacks and other things.

“A very smart Brit walked in with his 12 year old son and they were looking around the shop.

“They went where the chips were and the kid seemed very interested in the Pringles.

“Then the father asked in a very mawkish voice, perhaps exaggerated for his age: ‘Do you want Pwingy for the bedroom?’

“Yes, he called the Pringles ‘Pwingy’.”

The woman said that she and her boyfriend found it quite funny, but he repeated it over and over again.

He added: “It was at the start of our two-week vacation.

“He kept saying ‘Do you want some Pwingys, for the bedroom?’ for the whole two weeks we were on vacation.

“He literally said it at least once a minute.

“It would start a sentence that has nothing to do with it and end with ‘Do you want Pwingys for the bedroom?’ Like a joke “.

Now it’s been more than three months since the trip and the woman gets mad because her boyfriend is playing the same joke.

He revealed: “I begged him to stop, but he honestly thinks I’m just following his line.

“I can’t have a serious conversation with him because he always says ‘Do you want Pwingys for the bedroom?’

“It’s a five-year relationship and so far it’s been fine.

“He’s the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, but now I don’t even want to see him.”

And another admitted, “Awww, that’s not how internal jokes and internal jokes work,” followed by a weeping emoji.
