Jorja explains: ‘I’ve been getting HelloFresh deliveries for two months, I’ve always loved them, but you have to book in advance.

“Actually, I changed the delivery day as it should, but I didn’t even try the front door. Fortunately, HelloFresh is very good at packaging.’

In the footage, at 8:08 am the man bent over the main door and threw the £33 package at the door, threw the delivery note on the floor and walked away.

When makeup artist Jorja (24) looked at the doorbell camera, she was shocked to see the delivery method of the driver.

He also tossed the delivery note into the air and landed on the floor next to the box in the moment captured by Jorja's security cameras.

“At 8:08 I got a notification on my phone that someone was at my door and saw the video. I was hoping to be home for delivery, but I needed to get away…

“Luckily my neighbor saw the package on the floor and took it from me, but… [the delivery driver] I just threw it away and left. He didn’t even knock on the door.

Jorja said she was lucky that the food package was not damaged when it was delivered to her home in Port Talbot, South Wales.

The man then left without knocking on the door with the DPD he had promised.

The man then walked away without knocking, and DPD promised a “full investigation” into the incident.

DPD promised to investigate the video and apologize to Jorja.

A DPD spokesperson said: ‘At DPD, we take customer service and the behavior of our employees very seriously.

“Obviously the behavior here is much lower than we expect from our drivers.

“We are conducting a full investigation and will take action when necessary. We also apologize to the customer.’
