Gym-obsessed grandma Lesley Maxwell shared her workout tips to help her get back into “good shape”.

The 63-year-old personal trainer took to her Instagram page to post her fitness tips while sporting her figure in tight gym clothes.

Speaking to her 102,000 followers, Lesley focused on exercises for the glutes and hamstrings that she says “strengthen the bones” and give you a good figure.

He wrote: “The glutes and hamstrings are two of the largest muscle groups in our body, so we burn a lot of calories during a workout. Plus, it strengthens our bones and gives us great shape.

“Three of my favorite glute exercises are: hip thrusts, deadlifts and squats on horseback.
