Barry Keogan and Riley Kio can play the main roles of Kelebek Jam (“Flood Jam) in Kanemir Balagova.
The Russian director will be the first English picture of the Russian director, known for his “Jimitamus” and “Dylda” projects. The script of the new film, based on the history of the Cirastian immigrant community in the United States and the complex relations of his father and son, has already attracted the attention of the distributors. This is the attempt to enter Hollywood after Balaguv’s leaving the project from our end (“One”).
Remember that 33 -year -old Balagova was known at the Cannes Film Festival of the “Dylda ve and in the 2019“ Best Foreign Film ”category, Oscar’s short list. In the spring of 2023, the director took a break.
