Brunch Touché x Chaika

The Touché team organizes popular brunches every weekend. Nowadays, Russian designers present their menus to restaurant guests and develop the menu together with chef Taras Kiriyenko. And the entire team of the restaurant hall (from hostesses to bartenders and sommeliers) wears clothing and accessories of the brand.

This weekend, the team from Russian brand Chaika is in charge of style. At the brunch on October 5, there will be a presentation of the new collection as well as a meeting with the founders of the brand, Mikhail and Elizaveta Korelov.

Zea restaurant team is organizing a musical weekend. The program features a pianist playing recognizable melodies on the piano along with a saxophonist. The night will continue with the performance of Trio Jazz Band. As a gastronomic highlight of the evening – chef Aziz Saffar’s special salad, sea urchin with northern shrimp and airy Gruyere cheese mousse, Burgundy-style grape snails or sweet canonical crepe suzette crepes.

Family MGF

The Moscow gastronomy festival team has been setting trends in the capital’s restaurant industry for 19 years. Since this month was based on the theme of family dinner, the chefs of the participating restaurants had to present sets that referenced ancestral traditions. French fries, pies, pickles; You can find all this and more in the capital’s restaurants this October.

Il Matto – Italian Embassy on Bolshaya Dmitrovka. Chef Gianmaria Sapia is responsible for the updated menu here – so there was a place for traditional Italian snacks in the author’s interpretation. Special attention was paid to desserts – our favorite is definitely the most delicious tiramisu, prepared better here than in Italy.
