Dakota described the project as a “childhood dream” and “kind of an exploration of the early 2000s.” Paris Hilton is now Fanning’s friend and the artist can’t believe her luck. “If you had told me this when I was 12, I would have gone crazy. He is a genius. He knows exactly what’s going on. Nobody cheated on him. “He’s dealt with super traumatic situations in life,” the celebrity said in an interview with the publication.

Fanning stated that she really got to know the star when she started preparing for the shoot. The actor explained that he and Paris came together out of a desire to play with their personalities, surprise people and destroy their ideas. According to Dakota, Paris Hilton is “an icon that stands the test of time.”
