Dinner on the Ferris wheel in Samara
On August 28 at 19:00 in Samara, in the Park of Culture and Entertainment named after him, the “Volga Seasons” dinner will be held on the Ferris wheel. Gagarin is 55 meters high. This city-wide event organized by the Polyana Restaurant Company will be a new step in the creative promotion of local cuisine and the organization of public entertainment. The dinner consists of four courses from the “Volga Seasons” prepared by Evgeny Gurin and Andrey Rogachev. These are appetizers, main course and non-alcoholic dessert. It was decided that the food will be prepared right on site – a tent with a field kitchen will be set up next to the Ferris wheel. Each course corresponds to one rotation of the Ferris wheel and lasts 20 minutes. The stands will be served by doormen, and the dishes will be replaced by waiters who are trained to work in an unusual format during the preparation of the event.
Sansa is updating her desserts
The dessert menu at Sansa, a Mediterranean restaurant with beautiful views of the Muzeon and the Moscow River, has undergone a large-scale update.
Designed by distinguished pastry chef Fatima Saleh, the menu features both Italian classics and delicate French-inspired desserts. Among the standard tiramisu and pavlova were a tartlet sprinkled with fresh strawberries, berry panna cotta, Italian dessert pistocchi and chocolate fondant with salted caramel.
