Portuguese weekend in Zea

Chef Aziz Saffar has prepared a menu of traditional Portuguese dishes especially for this weekend. As an appetizer, they will serve Chamuça – crispy envelopes with deep-fried seafood, or Salada de Polvo with octopus, calamari, potatoes and chimichurri sauce.

The main course is Cozido à portuguesa, a lamb stew cooked over low heat, and for a sweet finish they serve one of Lisbon’s most famous desserts, Farófias, made with fluffy egg whites covered in sweet cream.

August is the season for the most delicious watermelons and melons, so Yakitoria has prepared four delicious cocktails filled with fresh fruit and berries especially for this season.

Immersive festival “Flowers on the Site” near Lipetsk

From August 8 to 11, the Kozhina estate in the Lipetsk region will host the festival “Flowers on the Estate”, born of love for the culture, history and traditions of Russian estates. The event is organized by the author of the project – architect-restorer Ekaterina Grigorieva and green studio Krapiva, where florists will decorate the venue with fresh flowers. Guests will enjoy an immersive journey into the “Garden of Eden”, an exhibition, tea parties, concerts, curated excursions, open-air shows and creative master classes.

“Society Cell”

Kirill and Sasha are a young and happy married couple, raising their five-year-old daughter Varya. Varya is thoughtful and developed beyond her years.
