The champion posted this Friday, December 16, a photo of her getting off the plane and embracing Cherelle Griner, her wife, from whom she has been separated since last February. Since her return to American soil on December 9, and before returning to her family, the basketball player has benefited from a United States Army device, PISA for “post-isolation support activities”in order to provide medical and psychological support for the return to normal life of persons detained or held hostage.

She spent several days at Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas being examined before joining her family late last week.
