He canceled a concert in Washington on Friday night, but hopes to continue his tour with three more stops to the West Coast.

It is scheduled to perform at Brighton Music Hall in Boston on Saturday, April 23, at Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco on April 26 and at The Troubador in Los Angeles on April 27.

Grenan was recently spotted at the BRIT Awards, the biggest event on the British music industry calendar, where she received two nominations for Best Rock/Alternative Action and Song of the Year, losing to Adele in the second category.
