The fight between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s ex-wives seems like it will never end. According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Angelina described Pitt’s case as “frivolous, malicious and part of Brad’s troubled plan.”
“Pitt’s allegations that he and Ms. Jolie have entered into a confidential, unwritten, implied contract with the right to consent to the sale of their respective shares of the property directly contradict written documents and, among other legal flaws, violate the Fraud Act and public policy.” it says in the documentation.
Recall that a few months ago Brad Pitt sued Angelina Jolie over their joint winery Chateau Miraval. They bought it together because they were married, but after the divorce, Angelina Jolie secretly sold her stake to Russian businessman Yuri Shefler.
Brad accused Angelina of deliberately trying to “harm” by selling her stock. In September, he gave the green light to continue his plan, but the legal battle is still on.
