The actor was on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and when the host started talking about that moment, Theo called it the “pee scene”. He later revealed that he did not come up with this himself, but that the scene was nicknamed by everyone on set.
Theo later clarified that he didn’t show any real intimate parts of the show: “The truth is, you go into this kind of thing and talk to the director and producers and they say, ‘Okay, we’re using prosthetics for this.’ The actor called it a “pee-pee-prosthesis.” Curious name though!
On set, Theo told the make-up artist, “I don’t want him to be a distraction. It should be a standard Joe because the scene isn’t about pee, it’s about the power play in sex and whether he did it intentionally or accidentally and what that means.”
However, the actress joked that she was surprised when she first saw a prosthesis that looked like a “hammer”. “This thing is huge…” Theo added that he and the director were extremely surprised that the prosthesis was accepted as the standard.
