After the Olympics, Anna Shcherbakova had to take a break from her career. Due to the figure skater’s long-term disability, it was difficult for her to train, so she decided to have surgery. In a new interview with FAMETIME TV, the athlete talked about his rehabilitation period.

“We still had the World Championship planned, instead there was the Channel One Cup, but one way or another, I finished everything before the season was over. Now, most likely, I have such a forced pause. I had knee surgery. It’s an old injury that has bothered me for a long time. We decided that now is the best time to deal with it and not move on, ”the girl shared.
Anna noted that she does not plan to end her career yet. She is recovering now. The skater said in a conversation with Laura Dzhugeliya that she returned to training, but so far they are still understaffed.

“For health reasons, it is not yet possible. Athlete, I follow all the recommendations of the doctors and gradually return to the loads,” he explained. He also added that he now has a very busy schedule: “Three or four days a week it turned out to be busy for me. The rest of the time I’m going to practice, so I rest on the track from the shoot, on the set from the track.
