‘This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do’: Sam Worthington talks about shooting new ‘Avatar’

Already on December 16, this year’s main premiere will probably be held. Avatar: The Way of the Water is the second Avatar movie directed by James Cameron. Sam Worthington talked about the shooting of the movie.

In an interview with News.com.au. The actress admitted that this was the most difficult for her during the shooting process. Sam told reporters he needed to learn to freedive.

“This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do,” the actor said. “It took months to learn from the world’s top experts how to do this: how to slow the heart rate, how to bring more oxygen into the blood, what’s the mechanism for that,” he continued.

“There is a very emotional scene between me and my son, but we are under 9 meters of water and we are running out of oxygen. You have to forget that you are in the depth, you are running out of oxygen and you just have to play this scene,” Worthington finished his story.
