“Literary slave”: Regina Todorenko lost her case in court for eight million rubles

Regina Todorenko lost the case against KP-Petersburg and the promising writer Darina Mishina for eight million rubles.

Recall that in early September, the TV presenter filed a lawsuit against the author to protect her rights in the case. It all started with the fact that Darina herself, according to her, was the artist’s “literary slave” and did not receive a fee after working for two years on a children’s book for Todorenko. Eight months after the situation was announced by the author, Regina went to court. In addition to the removal of one of the articles, she demanded compensation in the amount of eight million rubles.

And so Komsomolskaya Pravda reported that Regina did not win the case. But now Todorenko is waiting for a counterclaim from the author: “I am extremely happy that we won in the process, but I do not have time to relax, I also have my own case against Regina Todorenko to recover payment for the book. I also intend to win this case. But I am also ready to consider the idea of a settlement agreement – it is not profitable for Regina to lose to me a second time. Our second conflict can be resolved on the coast, ”the author told KP-Petersburg.
