The actor lost his mother six years ago. They had a difficult relationship, but in a recent interview, the Hollywood star admitted that she forgave Nancy Doe. “I forgave my mother. I forgave my father. I forgave my parents. That’s important. Holding onto anger and resentment is toxic. I understood this by watching my mother. I remember the Friends star saying to her, “Thank you for showing me how not to be.”
Aniston has two brothers – John T. Melik and Alex Aniston. The eldest, John T. Melik, is Nancy Doe’s son from a previous marriage to pianist John Melik. He is assistant director and production manager (his work is Universal Soldier, Piranha 3DD, Thirteen). And the youngest was born from his father’s second marriage to Sherry Rooney.
