Kate Middleton and Prince William joined other members of the royal family at the Royal Albert Hall over the weekend for the annual Memorial Day event. On this day, the UK commemorates those who died in conflicts around the world.

According to the rules, the guests of the meeting must dress in black and decorate their clothes with pins with a red poppy (the symbol of Memorial Day).
Kate Middleton chose a short jacket and a pleated skirt for the official release. The Princess of Wales wore a Japanese pearl necklace and earrings with diamonds and pearls to celebrate the late Queen II. He paid his respects to Elizabeth.
