Exclusive: Endemol Shine Former Australian co-founder Carl Fansie and former Nine Entertainment CEO Hugh Marks have founded a new Sydney-based production company and received support from Endeavor Content.

The duo have created a full-service production and distribution studio, Dreamchaser, and will be co-executive.

They received an investment from Endeavor Content, which Korea’s CJ ENM himself acquired 80% of the company earlier this year.

Marx and Fanes have also formed their own management team.
