In her new role, Tridente will be accompanied by two assistant directors: Francesca Paleski, director of film content, and Marco Spanol, director of live/documentary content.
Tridente replaces Lucia Milacotto, who had worked on the event since its inception but left the project last October.
Having a PhD in Cinematographic Studies, Tridente has twenty years of experience in the audiovisual industry. He spent ten years on the board of RomaFictionFest until 2016, taking on the role of head of international programming. He also served as the European Relations Director of Fondazione Rossellini per l’Audiovisivo from 2010 to 2011 and collaborated on programming. Taormina Film Festival and European Cinema until 2007.
