Jennifer Aniston recently gave an interview to People magazine in which she admitted to having suffered from insomnia for many years.

“I think it started somewhere in my thirties or earlier. At some point, you stop noticing the consequences of lack of sleep. But only as long as you’re young. My sleep problems started suddenly. It started to affect my day, my job, my brain and even my physique,” the actress said.

He even noted that he sometimes walked in his sleep. “This happened after being deprived of normal sleep for a long time,” Yildiz said. But despite this, Jennifer did not seek help from specialists for a long time.
“It was something that I really struggled with. This was the last thing on my to-do list. But you can’t be healthy if you don’t follow three simple and important rules. You need to pay attention to your diet, exercise and sleep well. Also, all these three components are impossible without each other,” aniston concluded.
