BC Mashkova, 13 LLC filed a lawsuit against Danila Kozlovsky, whose company began bankruptcy proceedings a year ago, and now the actor and other apartment owners in the Sovremennik residential complex are demanding payment of debts under a sale and purchase agreement.
“The plaintiff requests the withdrawal of the fine amounting to 804 thousand 704 rubles and 78 kopecks in the application. The press secretary of the Basmanny Court, Ekaterina Buravtsova, said that the main hearing of the case is scheduled for December 20.
The representative of Danila Kozlovsky refutes this information. Valeria Tarasova told the media that the actor does not have any debts, and they previously sent a notice of claim on behalf of the bankruptcy trustee.
