Musk’s lawyers also filed a “concession record” with the court and listed a list of documents that should not be made public.
A Delaware court ordered Musk to close the purchase by October 28.
Musk entered into a deal to buy Twitter in April, but later decided to back off from the acquisition. One of the reasons was that Twitter representatives did not inform him about spam bots and fake accounts.
