In the regions, they noted that the ministry sent a letter in August recommending that teachers switch to using VK Messenger and the Sferum training platform developed by the VK and Rostelecom joint venture. According to the publication, teachers in the Nizhny Novgorod region ask parents to “exclude the possibility of using foreign Internet services” in order to avoid the threat of leaking confidential information, and in the Amur region they create parental chats on Telegram. .
