Also, citizens studying in full-time and part-time forms of education are not subject to conscription:
- In educational and scientific institutions within the scope of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel training programs in graduate school;
- in institutions carrying out educational activities in secondary vocational and higher education education programs (including programs for the preparation of scientific education)
- and scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school, residency programs and assistant-internship programs located on the territory of innovative scientific and technological centers;
- educational programs, secondary vocational and higher education training programs aimed at training ministers and religious personnel of religious organizations in institutions of spiritual education.
