Oscar Vinals developed a design project called Sky Whale. An important feature of Sky Whale is the use of “green” technologies in the creation of a new generation of aircraft.
The aircraft is capable of accommodating up to 755 passengers, who can comfortably accommodate on the three decks of the ship. The length of the aircraft is 76.8 meters and the speed is up to 977 km / h. It is assumed that there will be a gym, spa and observation deck on the roof of the aircraft.
Ecological alloys, ceramic and fiber composite materials and carbon nanotubes will be used to fabricate the aircraft structure, and self-healing leather and virtual reality windows will be used for the interior trim. But whether industrial production of such models will be launched is not yet known.
