Bruce Willis may reappear on screen: Actor sold rights to Deepfake image

Bruce Willis fans, rejoice! “Die Hard” may return to the movies. The other day it became known that the Hollywood actor sold the rights to his image to the Russian technology company Deepfake. And the interesting thing is: He did this even before he was diagnosed.

With the help of deepfake technology, the company will be able to use an ultra-realistic “digital pair” of the star in movies, TV shows, clips and commercials.

By the way, a copy of Bruce has already been shot in an advertisement for Megaphone. “I liked the precision in the realization of my character. “This is a mini-movie in my usual action comedy genre like Die Hard and The Fifth Element.” Meanwhile, to create a video, engineers had to upload about 34,000 images of the star to the neural network.

Recall that the Willis family announced this spring that the actor is ending his career. Die Hard was diagnosed with aphasia, an acquired speech disorder that affects all language skills.
