The house from the first season of Stranger Things is up for sale. The cottage in Fayetteville, Georgia, where the story takes place at the very beginning of the series, is now available for purchase. The price of the “mystical” mansion is quite modest – 300,000 dollars. But not because the house’s reputation is shrouded in “supernatural” events. Everything is much simpler – only in very bad shape.
In 2015, the owners gave the directors of Stranger Things a summer residence to shoot. It was there that the main characters lived according to the plot: Joyce Byers with her sons Will and Jonathan. If you remember, one of the brothers mysteriously disappears at the beginning of the series.
The 172 square meter house is located on a large 2.4 hectare plot. The cottage was built in 1900. The real owners are selling the restoration with the expectation that the new owners will take care of it.
We are sure that there will be many people who want to buy a house from Stranger Things, and we hope they do not repeat the fate of young people from the series.
