exclusive: ITV Studios America, ITV Studios’ independent US television operation led by Philippe Maigret, has announced the hiring of Dave Macesic as Senior Vice President of Finance. He also promoted Joey Kern to Senior Vice President of Production and Kimberly Rosenblum to Senior Vice President of Legal and Commercial Affairs.

Previously, Macesic spent more than 20 years at Showtime Networks as senior vice president of finance, where he was responsible for all financial aspects of Showtime’s theatrical, scripted, unscripted and sports programming. Most recently, he has been an independent consultant specializing in finance and strategy in the technology and media sector. He is a US Air Force veteran.
Kern joined the company in 2019 to manage, initiate and supervise the production aspects of the series, facilitate communication between the production and the studio and the network, manage schedules and oversee the financial health of the production. Kern previously held the same position at IFC after working as a production manager at IFC and VH1.
Rosenblum joined the company in 2019. He serves as a dealmaker, broker of deals with writers, producers, artists, directors, co-producers and more, overseeing numerous productions for ITV Studios America’s ever-growing scripted lineup. Previously, he spent more than four years as an associate at Weintraub Tobin Chediak Coleman Grodin Law Corporation.
