However, apparently, the Oscar organizers have their own opinion on this matter. The film academy team was known to invite the comedian to host the next awards ceremony, Mail Online reported.
The comedian talked about this during his stand-up show and compared such an act to returning to the scene of the crime. The actor drew parallels with the murder of OJ Simpson’s ex-wife, one of the reasons why the woman left her glasses in one of the Italian restaurants.
He also added that he was offered to play in a commercial for the Super Bowl (the final game for the title of National Football League champion in American football – Approx. Ed.), but he also turned down this offer.
