Demi Lovato’s life seems to be slowly getting better: the star has an affair, is preparing to release a new album (the singer is reportedly working on some tracks with her new boyfriend). In general, it remains only to rejoice for the star, but this was not always the case. The day before, Demi spoke openly about her addiction that started in her youth due to a car accident.

The star was a guest on the Call Her Daddy podcast, which she remembers first when she was addicted. “I first started trying it (with prohibited substances – Approx Ed.) when I was 12 or 13,” said host Alexandra Cooper. “I was in a car accident and was prescribed opium. My mom didn’t think she’d have to hide the opium from her 13-year-old daughter, but I was already drinking at that point.” They mocked me, and I was looking for salvation, ”the singer frankly says. She added that when she managed to recover, she was strongly supported by the team during this time.
Recall that last year Demi Lovato made a debut (she describes herself as a non-binary personality and seemed to ask her to address “them”), but that story didn’t last long (her boyfriend likely influenced it).
