Bozhena Rynska won the case of Nika Belotserkovskaya*. The quarrel between them has been going on for a long time, but when Belotserkovsky started talking about Rynsky’s younger daughter, he went to court. Today, the Moscow Nikulinsky Court found that Belotserkovsky violated Article 150 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (provides legal protection for intangible benefits: life and health, personal dignity, personal integrity, honor and good name. – Not ed. ) is obliged to pay 100 thousand rubles in respect of the child and in compensation.

Nika wrote that Bozena gave birth to a daughter “from the corpse of her lover”, because the boy was born by a surrogate mother after the death of Rynsky’s husband, Igor Malashenko (he committed suicide in 2019).

In addition, according to Bozhena’s stories, Belotserkovskaya repeatedly appealed to guardianship with a request to carry out checks due to the fact that the child was mistreated, as well as poor living conditions for him.

Belotserkovskaya was arrested in absentia in a criminal case for discrediting the RF Armed Forces, launched against her in March this year. She has yet to comment on the capital court’s decision on Bozena’s case. Belotserkovskaya has been living in France for many years.
