Homage to Letizia Caste and leggings instead of a dress: how the wedding of stylist Rachel Rogers and musician Luca Venezia went

Summer is the traditional wedding season. Ekaterina Mukhina, former editor-in-chief of Elle magazine, drew attention to one of the most unusual celebrations of recent times on her telegram channel. In the spotlight were Indie Magazine stylist and creative director Rachel Rogers and musician Luca Venezia, who got married in Naples last week.

Rachel revisits the classic bridal look by unexpectedly combining elements of traditional dress. For example, she replaced the dress with leggings and Vivienne Westwood bodice, but did not leave the veil. Original Loewe pumps with rose heels completed the look.
At the party, Rogers donned a sparkly Paco Rabanne dress, paired with Y/Project earrings, and cut the cake with a bra and floral shorts. This outfit was inspired by a similar “floral” bridal look from Yves Saint Laurent’s 1999 couture collection worn on the runway by Laetitia Casta. The groom did not lag behind the bride and at the party smooth styled his jacket for a printed shirt and two ponytails.
