Many were confident that after September 30, when the court officially removed Jamie Spears from her role as her daughter’s guardian, the proceedings in the Spears family would end, but that was not the case. Not so long ago, after Britney Spears’ wedding, her father sued her for forcing her daughter to testify. He claims that Britney has been posting defamatory and discrediting posts on social networks (which seems to spoil it). The man also wants to challenge his daughter’s claims in court that she was forced to donate large amounts of blood for treatment and to participate in therapy against her will.
And the day before, the court considered his claim and invited Britney and James to testify before the jury. He, too, will have to respond to “abuse of guardianship”, especially regarding how he manages his daughter’s money. They will meet in court on August 12. Reports Page Six.
