The temperature came to Moscow. The air is melting, the asphalt is melting, and with them the cosmetic products on our face. The tone is discharged, the ink is pressed, in addition to the mask, rashes appear in the blockage. Not to mention the sticky and greasy shine feeling!
When you are out of town or on vacation at sea, this problem can be easily solved – give up decorative cosmetics for a while and enjoy integrating with nature. But what if you have to visit the office every day or have a date on a stylish patio and you’re not quite ready to show yourself off to others in a super natural format yet? Here are a few simple lifehacks from an expert.

Maintenance: light mode
Summer decorative cosmetics, just like skin care, are very different from winter ones. As for the latter, I recommend sending all the dense and nourishing textures to a summer vacation.

Or if we are talking about frequently used creams, put them in night mode. And use only light moisturizer in the morning! It can be a cream, gel (or cream-gel) or even a weightless serum.

Choosing the right tone
When looking for the right foundation, pay attention to CC and BB textures. Mix CC and BB if needed and add concealer locally.

If you still have doubts and do not want to part with your favorite “bulletproof foundation”, remember that there are dense layers of cosmetics that cause skin rashes in the heat.

But first we prepare the “soil”.
Another important point for permanent and fresh make-up is the use of primer. For a beauty product to work, it must be suitable for your skin type.

A truly “your” primer does not create an additional layer in the make-up and will be responsible for the durability of the tone and become a kind of link between the skin and the skin. Personally, I found the perfect combination for warm weather – an illuminating primer for the entire face and concealer in locales.

Substitute dry for cream
It sounds contradictory but I would recommend replacing dry textures with cream ones. The latter adheres very well to the skin and can form a light and thin layer of makeup. Cream shadows will also prove to be more resistant to heat and will also give the skin a “wetness” effect, which is very important for summer looks. Well, the cream blush will create a blush effect as if it were visible through the skin.

How to create a matte effect without damaging the skin?
Seeing in the mirror and feeling an oily shine on your face is a dubious pleasure. However, with a dense layer of mattifying powder, your skin will not be happy. What shall we do? Switch to mopping cloths and gently “dry” problem areas. Makeup is not damaged, and the skin does not receive extra decorative cosmetics.

Whether it’s trending
Thus, the skin is moisturized and becomes ready for accent details in make-up. Since it is summer outside, eye-catching vibrant colors are among the main trends. Bright cream shadows, juicy pigments on the lips, colored mascara – in the warm season at least some of them should settle in your cosmetic bag. Even if you like black graphic arrows, look for blue, plum, or even brown alternatives.

For eye makeup, make sure the pencil and mascara are at least moisture resistant (unless you want to turn into a panda). To keep makeup precise, choose waterproof products that wash only with a two-phase liquid.
Don’t forget sun protection
And finally, a few morals. Yes, yes, yes, don’t forget the great and powerful SPF filter.

If you want to maintain healthy and youthful skin for as long as possible, you can not neglect it in the summer (and indeed all year round). Learn how to choose the right sunscreen here.
