Former glamor model Katie Price escaped jail after admitting violating a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s girlfriend Michelle Penticost.
An offensive message laden with profanity sent by Katie Price to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler was read in court before the reality star received a community order.
Katie told Kieran, “Tell your fucking girlfriend not to start with me, she has a restraining order, so she shouldn’t try to upset you because she’s breaking up.
“I’m sure he doesn’t want people to know he’s been in a relationship with you behind my back.”

It was heard that the post may have been prompted by an Instagram post from Kieran’s girlfriend Michelle Penticost, who she said was directed at Katie.
The court heard that the crime was committed due to Katie’s use of the words “I tell you,” which was an indirect attempt to communicate with Michelle.
This violated a five-year restraining order, imposed in 2019, which prohibited Katie from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly.
Katie has now received an 18-month community order to do 170 hours of unpaid work, with an additional 20 hours for violating a suspended sentence for driving issues.
He was also sentenced to pay £ 1,500 in costs.
In a statement on the victim’s impact read at Lewes Crown Court, Michelle said Katie’s actions had a “devastating” effect on her mental well-being.
She said it was creepy and she felt threatened, intimidated and vulnerable.
“The language used scared me. I felt like it was an attack on me, “she said. The consequences are that I feel it will attack me.”
Katie feared she could face a prison sentence after being warned by Judge Stephen Mooney that it was a very real possibility.

Her sister Sophie’s wedding to Harry Brooks has been postponed to Tuesday June 21 due to Katie’s sentencing.
Katie looked unusually demure in an off-the-shoulder blue dress as she clutched a bouquet of flowers en route to a church in Sussex to see Sophie’s mother get married.
Katie was joined at the ceremony by her five children: Harvey, 20, Junior, 17, Princess, 14, Bunny, seven and Jett, eight.
